Connections Romania si Asociatia JUNII, va derula în perioada 26 noiembrie – 01 decembrie 2015, proiectul Orientare in Cariera prin programul Erasmus +, finantat de către Comisia Europeana, prin KA1, mobilităţi-Training Course.
Număr participanţi: 22 participanţi din UE.
Locaţie de desfăşurare proiect: Casa de Cultură a Studenţilor din Bucureşti, etaj 1, sala 24.

Scurtă descriere: Educația este unul dintre cele mai importante aspecte pentru îmbunătățirea vieții tinerilor din Europa, (declarat ca atare în mai multe documente de politici ale UE) și educația să-i pregătească pentru piața de inserție profesională. Potrivit Eurostat, în februarie 2014, 5.392 de milioane de tineri (sub 25) au fost șomeri în UE-28. Ratele șomajului în rândul tinerilor sunt în general mult mai mari decât ratele șomajului pentru toate varstele (http://epp.eurostat.ec.europa.eu/statistics_explained/index.php/Unemployment_statistics), astfel încât acest proiect vrea să abordeze un aspectelor majore ale acestei probleme, discuta modul metode inovatoare, non-formale utilizate în activitatea de tineret pot contribui la creșterea competențelor și abilităților de inserție profesională a tinerilor din Europa.
Obiective propuse acestui training:
Connection Romania and the Association of Junior will run from November 26 to December 1, 2015, the project Career Orientation, Erasmus +, funded by the European Commission through KA1 -Training Course.

Overview: Education is one of the most important aspects to improve the lives of young people in Europe (declared as such in several EU policy documents) and education to prepare them for market employability. According to Eurostat, in February 2014, 5.392 million young people (under 25) were unemployed in the EU-28. Youth unemployment rates are generally much higher than unemployment rates for all ages (http://epp.eurostat.ec.europa.eu/statistics_explained/index.php/Unemployment_statistics), so this project wants to address an issues this major problem, discuss how innovative methods used in non-formal youth work can help increase employability skills and abilities of young people in Europe.
Proposed objectives of this training:
1. To enrich the possibilities for personal development, individual skills and competencies of youth workers from EU and non-EU countries;
2. To create a compendium of at least 10 practices and methods working with young people can use to help young people prepare for market employability.
3. To establish new synergies between the promoters and other partners of the project at least 3 organizations, within at least five months after the training course;
4. Increasing the quality of youth workers work and activities for students, trainees and volunteers acquire new skills and methods in helping them prepare for market employability.
5. A better understanding of the practices, policies and systems of education and training in non-formal, in order to obtain high quality learning outcomes for youth workers.
Expected results:
– Concrete results of the project: promotional material, power-point presentations, presentation folders, course support materials, brochures.
– Results intangibles: experience and learning such as language development, openness towards other cultures, specific skills career counseling and employability of young people, group dynamics, to live and work in groups, entrepreneurship and creativity, professional development.
